3 3/4″ high x 2 1/2″ wide. Brass body. Brass shackle. There is a hole going through the case and the shackle to accept a wire seal. “SPECKMAN” is stamped on the obverse of the shackle. “LOU KY” is stamped on the reverse of the shackle.
