2 3/8″ high x 1 1/2″ wide. All brass. “EMR PARIS” is stamped on the reverse of the shackle. A star is stamped on the obverse of the case at 11 o’clock. The combination for this padlock is not changeable. A French padlock. Nick-named “The French Grove” after the GW Grove padlock.
