5 1/2″ high x 3 1/4″ wide x 2 1/8″ deep (with dial) x 1 1/2″ deep (without dial). All steel. Once the padlock has been opened you may insert a change key to unlock the wheels and subsequently change the combination. The mechanism appears to be similar to some S&G safe locks.
