NEW YORK” is stamped on the obverse of the shackle. “JAN 18, NOV 29 1870” is stamped on the reverse of the shackle. Two keys are required to open this lock, the first key releases the seal, and the second releases the shackle.Patent #’s 98917 109717 109718.
