Steel shackle. 1 brass dial. “41” is stamped on the obverse of the shackle. “Doug Oestreich” is etched on the reverse of the body. “0309” is stamped on the reverse of the body. To open the lock dial the correct 3 letter combination, then push the dial in and turn to the right, and the shackle pops up. March 2010. Only 1 of these locks were made.
