Unknown student. This is the only one known to exist

2 3/4″ diameter x 1/2″ deep. The entire lock is made of iron. A well made lock with good fit and finish. A bust of Tsar Nicholas II dated 1888 is stamped on the obverse of the body. This lock was made by a technical student and awarded a prize as indicated. Designed by: Unknown…
