Steel body. Brass shackle. Flat key. “BELKNAP-LOUISVILLE” is stamped on the obverse of the shackle. “BLUE GRASS” is stamped on the reverse of the shackle. “MADE IN USA” is not stamped on the reverse of the shackle.
