For some reason TP&L didn’t use many Logo’ed padlocks, but most Commercial meters have padlocks and seals on them. They merged with Texas Electric Service Co. and Dallas Power & light – now they are ONCOR. Each company now uses Logo padlocks but their keys are still bitted to the non logo’ed old company’s locks. It’s like they still keep the companies separated as in the old days. They must have 10-15 keys for the whole system.
