This is the Maintenance & Distribution Division of TXU ( Texas Utilities – a large part of Texas – made up of Dallas Power & Light – Texas Power & Light – Texas Electric Service Company. These are used on gates, switches , meters , right of ways , but not on substations. Some are marked – most not – there must be hundreds of thousands of these in service.
