Mills – Combination Lock. 4 1/8″ high x 1 5/16″ wide x 9/16″ deep. All aluminum construction. To unlock the lock you align the 3 dials to their correct position. “BAXTER” is stamped on the inside of the shackle. “M. B. Mills PAT’D FEB. 4 1879” is stamped on the reverse of the body.
