“F. T. WITTE HARDWARE CO” – No Pins – Low Rounded Shackle. It is not clear if this is a factory low rounded shackle, or altered after manufacture. “F. T. WITTE HARDWARE CO. CHAMBERS ST. NEW YORK” is stamped on the obverse of the shackle. The reverse of the case is the same as the obverse.
