The lock is an unfinished sample. It is factory keyed the same as #306. There are 2 pecular aspects of this lock which we will allow you to conjure. 1) The shackle and chain clevis show signs of use. 2) This is the only no pin variety found to date. Keeping this in mind the no pin case style was manufactured prior to the left pin styles.
