3″ high x 1 15/16″ wide x 5/16″ deep. Iron body. Iron shackle. It appears that the man is wearing a Kilt and carrying a Sporran. Possibly European, late 1800’s to early 1900’s. Possibly the maker of the lock had “Pigeon Post” in mind.
