Brass body. Brass shackle. Brass dials. “ROCHESTER WARRANTED.PAT.APLD.FOR” is stamped on the reverse of the body.Patent #’s 879747 904182 954854. To open this lock you turn the front dial so the 1st number points to the mark on top of the case, then maintaining the front dial in place you turn the back dial until the little hand points to the second number on the 1st dial, then pull the shackle up.
