Iowa Details Iowa Combination Padlock Changing The Combination 1. The factory default is bar #5. 2. Unlock the lock by pressing bar #5, or the current combination. 3. Loosen the screw until the shackle comes out. 4. Remove bar #5, or the current combination and reverse it (the combination is now neutral). 5.
